Whatton Lodge Ltd
Whatton Lodge Ltd was registered in 2010 as a fund raising vehicle of the Lothian Mineworkers Convalescent Home Trust (established in 1947) to continue to provide 10 days holiday/respite for Lothian former mineworkers, their partners, widows of ex-miners and families during the summer months each year.
Whatton Lodge is situated in Gullane East Lothian. It is a two storey house with single storey and basement wing in Cotswold vernacular and in the Arts and Craft style. It offers spectacular views overlooking Gullane Bay and features traditional Scottish décor, wood panelled rooms and open fireplaces.

Whatton Lodge has separate access to the beach (Gullane Bents) and is within walking distance of three golf courses (Gullane Nos 1, 2 and 3) and less than five minutes by car from six other prestige golf courses.
The magnificent Lodge comprises 11 bedrooms four of which are family rooms. The adjoining cottage is available for use seperately from the main lodge and with five twin bedrooms is ideal for golfers, walkers and other groups. The lodge and cottage have full self catering facilities
